Is this the guy who allegedly shot a Bath Salt zombie? If I needed to go back to a former place of residence where the current tenant hated my guts, I'd return with police and a court order to get my remaining possessions.

Do you really think CJ would have gone there if he thought his life was in danger..... NO.

He was shot twice, once in the back with buck shot and once with a bean bag round in the arm at close range with his back turned. The jury let a murderer go free today

Bath salt zombie? This poor young man is dead and his murderer was set free. Don't belittle the deceased who lost their life to a psycho who is now able to live his life the way he pleases. All 12 jurours must of been as messed up in the head as wyant himself

Good old Judge Randall threw in a justification clause to the jury and when the jury couldn't out what it meant after 3 times having it read back to them they let this murderer go free. Randall should be ashamed of himself and his conduct on how he handled this trial, his first murder trial as a judge no less.

Unbelievable. This judge should hang himself. Does anyone else think this may have been a lovers quarrel? I thought that all along.

I was just asking. It makes no sense that he murdered him like that. It was just a theory of mine. Relax. Why are you so offended?

So HOW is that the judge's fault that they needed to ask multiple times? I guess the Def Attorney was able to beat the prosecutor on this one. I hope you dont get called for jury duty, you seem Tarded.

I also knew the victim and no it wasn't a lovers quarrel. They were roommates and CJ went back to the house to get some of his belongings. There was no confrontation, Max was not attacked in any way shape or form. And CJ had his back to Max when he was shot and was on his cellphone with 911 when he was shot and you could hear the gun shot then the phone went dead. Max got a sympathetic jury and they let this sick kid get away with murder.

waa waa waaa.... oh did I forget waaaaaaa?
Why dont you go avenge your buddy's killing? Remember a jury has to be 12-0, it's not a majority or Electoral College vote. Either the prosecutor stunk or messed up, or the Defense was able to put more than enough "Doubt" in the jury's mind with some kind of B.S. That's how the legal system works, it's far from perfect, but it's what we got and it's better than just about anyone else's in the world. You lose some, but you get the overwhelming majority of them right.

Its hard for a white jury to see a white person as the criminal as they do blacks. A white jury has more feelings for the white suspects and they see them as more of a human and feel sorry for them and are more likely to let them off for any wrong doing.

It was a sympathetic jury plain and simple

Making a case that has NOTHING to do with race, about race. You are pathetic. Get a life, you racist p.o.s.

It has all to do with race. If his race was some how hidden, he would have been found guilty.
