truck driver crossed the gates 8 seconds after the y came down?? wow. and these people have no clue along with the lawyers about what the rules and regs are about gates and warning systems at crossings . they will get nothing from u p . not there fault . simple as that folks . what a bunch of clueless individuals . bunch of greedy people out for money from the rr is all this is . the trck driver should be charged in this .
