Thank God someone has some respect for our country.

I always thought it was disgraceful to fly a gay flag on a government building or property for that matter. The only flags that should be flown are the American flag and the state flag.

This homosexual crap has gotten so far out of control in America that it's just incomprehensible to me. How did we allow this to happen?

Wouldn't barring flying the Gay Pride Flag violate the First Amendment's Free Speech protections ?

You have 'always' thought that have you? Well surprise, the God you thank does not exist. And you are the one not respecting America when you assert that gays being equal citizens and enjoying all the rights that heterosexuals enjoy is crap. Of course gay rights are incomprehensible to you, you are uneducated to the fact that the Government exists to serve the individual, and is not supposed to give special favors to religious nuts like yourself.

.
Well, a quick Google search of images from their government building images shows all kids of flag being flown. I didn't even check parks and other public places. So, as long as they are all removed, and NO other flags of any sort can be flown, anywhere on public property, then it's fair.

I suspect there will be some complaints, though. No POW flags, for instance, on any bit of public property. No banners advertising charity events. Nothing.

I don't have any idea that all the different flags in the images were, but I suspect there will be crabby people protecting their removal.

RE: "How did we allow this to happen?"

We passed laws protecting free speech. Though I disagree with anyone disrespecting the U.SW. Flag, I'll stand next to them in court for their right to protest.

Would you be as outraged if the flag was the BSA flag or the Red Cross?

Wish I had included the POW flag as well as the flags of the Coast Guard, the Navy, the Marines, The Army The Air force, The White House etc.

Wallace and those like him usually say what comes off the top of their head. And most of us know stuff like that is usually small and flaky.

Bet Wallace could get elected in Costa Rica though!

LMAO!

So if I'm at a public park and I see a group of Girl scouts selling cookies, and they have the Girl Scout flag, you want me to call the cops on them?

If I see a group of veterans at a park and they are carrying the POW MIA sign I should have them arrested so you'll be happy?

When I'm at a 4th of July Parade and the Shriner's, Elks, Moose, Fraternal Order of Police, etc pass by with THEIR flags we should throw them in jail?

Well I won't.

It should NEVER be ok to fly a Confederate battle flag, or ANY Confederate flag ANYWHERE at ANY time for ANY reason. Confederates were TRAITORS to the UNTIED STATES OF AMERICA and they KILLED members of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and the U.S. Coast Guard.

And Confederates fought this war AGAINST THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, to PRESERVE the institution of slavery.

What on earth is there to celebrate about these things ?! They were AS BAD AS the Nazis.

So when LSU, Southern University at New Orleans, Grambling State University, Bossier Parish Community College, Dillard University, Loyola University New Orleans, Our Lady of the Lake College, Our Lady of Holy Cross College, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Notre Dame Seminary, Saint Joseph Seminary College, or Tulane University plays in a State Funded facility and show their flag we should arrest them all?

Just wanted you to know you are trying to reason with a man who says the Constitution doesn't have a right to vote!

I keep pointing out several amendments but he insists it's not in there.

Sort of like people who insist that when the writers of the Constitution wrote "ALL CITIZENS", their 'original intent' was "just the ones we morally approve of"
