They should have thrown away the key no matter what! I remember passing this crime scene that morning on my way home from work. Too damn close to my doorstep! Scary!

Sounds like he needs to go enjoy Horseshoe Lake himself. When will the judges and lawyers quit allowing people like this to walk free? Unbelievable how the system is flawed. But no do not take things in your own hands they say....yeah right...

Exactly! You beat her to the point she wasn't conscious for nearly 2 weeks and raped her you filthy scum!

Oh No! According to the judge you didn't rape her, just your DNA was in her panties!

Throw Away The Key!

Another example of why Illinois should finally follow the other 48 or 49 states and allow concealed carry. Notice how she attempted "self defense" moves and how far it got her? That is how it works in the real world, and only a firearm could of given that poor girl the edge over that monster. If a 5'2 inch girl kicks a 6'0 male attacker in the balls, or she attempts some silly Hollywood self defense move, sorry folks, hes going to take her head off and have his way with her, then leave the scene with hurting testicles. These things, along with pepper spray, are next to useless in most real life attacks, especially if there are multiple attackers.

You know what? I have a taser and pepper spray and I'll tell you straight, I'd be in such shock I don't think I'd be able to do a damn thing for myself , maybe if I did have a gun, I might shoot myself in the leg or foot, but I think I might have have scared you away. Right? OR, my stray bullet just hurt an innocent person!

Or I don't know!
I hate that this is something I even have to consider or think about!

But! If you got caught red handed fu#k face then quit wasting my tax dollars with your BS law suits and just serve and STFU!

Justice is only as big as your wallet. Lawyers funding judges re-election then judges hear those lawyers cases. This is what results. What a joke. Can you imagine what this poor girl is feeling or should I say fearing? There is no justice for the victim anymore. Will be praying for her.
