We're SO happy to hear of a Puerto Rican restaurant coming to our area! This is GREAT news!! For those unfamiliar with the various root vegetables available in Puerto Rican food, you will be in for a treat. And contrary to what many think, Puerto Rican is not spicy like Mexican food, but has its own unique seasonings. San Bernardino will not know what hit them!!

I just heard that someone was opening a Puerto Rican Restaurant. I also heard that one of the owners is originally from New York and wants to have live Salsa three nights a week. I'm leader of a LOCAL Salsa and Latin Jazz band called MAMBOP playing music from Eddie Palmieri, Spanish Harlem Orchestra, Tito Puente, Joe Arollo and Poncho Sanchez. Hopefully we'll get to play for your customers. The local college Salsa clubs follow us and live to dance on wooden floors. Hope to meet you guys.

First of all I'm mexican/american, living in Fontana, but It's about time that a Puerto Rican Restaurant is oppening, cause I got tired of the same mexican food, and hopefully I'm looking foward to try your guy's restaurant soon, and if you could please contact me at latmex90983@sbcglobal.net, when it will be open so I could try it out.
P.S. now we need is a radio station coverage from L.A./Orange/San Bernardino/Riverside/Ventura Counties that will play Salsa/Merengue/Bachata/Punta/V allenato/Cha Cha Cha/Bolleros/Cumbias/Reggaeton with cont. of latin pop, and hip hop, and bring the morning show El Vacilon from NYC or Miami dont you think? well hope to hear from you soon on knowing on when this restaurant will be opened, and congratulations. |

Are there any fine boricua ladies that wanna date a cute mexican/american 25yrs old cute guy? To Dwood, if you want some salsa/bachata/merengue clubs? go to www.superestrella.com which is Super Estrella 107.1FM or to www.latino963.com which is Latino 96.3FM, why not bring El Coqui to Fontana, and to my old hometown in Ontario as well, even to Los Angeles and Orange, and Ventura Counties?

It's on Sterling Ave just North of Highland Avenue on the East side of the street. There is also a small theater set back from the street on Sterling, but the restaurant will be closer to the street. It is an existing building that used to be some sort of Southern Waffle House or something. |
