End NAFTA. End all FREE trade deal and create FAIR trade deals. Import tariff of 15% on all products imported to USA from low wage nations. Close 60% of all foreign soil military bases end all wars and police actions bring those troops home use troops to round up all illegals and deport them and the use troop to secure borders. Cut off all funding to other nations every last dime. Make all marijuana sales legal and tax like tobacco. Decriminalize all other drugs and end the DEA.
That right there will create tens of millions of jobs and save USA tax payers Federal budget about 500 billion a year. Half of which goes right o pay down debt other half to rebuild roads and schools and infrastructure.
There one short post solved all our problems.
I wish hah

I’m with you on some of this such as closing some bases but that sadly that won’t end wars. I agree round up the illegals and we should use our southern borders for militarily practice then we wont need more Tax money for Homeland borders patrols. Why pay the Militarily to practice inside its borders and not on its borers. Now we have a lot of tax money saved and this will also show the U.S. backs its LAWS.

Can’t end the DEA that’s just stupid. Denmark did legalize drugs and that turned into a MESS

Actually NAFTA wasn’t the biggest killer but it hurt the U.S. What’s funny in a SICK way is when Clinton signed that bill HE thought that will help Mexicans for work. SO if that was SO good then WTF do we have all that borders crossers. DEM WELFARE that’s WHY!!!!

Hay Im 100% with you on the Tariff 15% deal BUT you have to understand that’s IMPOSSIBLE

Clinton Trade act is FOREVER!!! US cant raise its tariffs in that global community that can START a WAR!!! Its called “Protectionism ”
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protectionism

Cancer…. the bottom line here is even if we did ALL that and saved trillions that STILL wont save the U.S.

Like I said earlier Dems Welfare is the biggest ongoing cost to the U.S. and has cost more money then all the U.S. wars combined. I don’t see you wanting to cut that in your Post??? Wrap your head around this. Don’t just look at Dems raw welfare cost, look at that direct residuals in costs. By Dems Ghettos forever expanding the cost to that city in tax money has to pay MORE for Police, Prisons, Guards, Sheriffs, Constables, Judges, Court cost, Parole officers, Building prisons, everything relating to the Dems criminal activity. On average 50% of all cities cost are POLICE. Then add all the decades for Pensions, Now it doesn’t stop there. Add the TRILLIONS in real estate value LOST because the Dem growing Welfare babies which as I mentioned earlier that 48% of all us births in 2011 was paid by Dems Medicaid..

Facts are DEMs cause close to 90% of all U.S. crime THEY should pay for that not REPS ..Reps doesn’t have a “gun” problem we have a DEM problem with Guns. By the way my numbers here are correct. I did that research.. Crime per 100,000 VS Non Hispanic Whites, Hispanics, Blacks, against the U.S. voter exit polls.

I sat down 3 times with a U.S. congressman for ONE reason to tell him just give us the FACTS and numbers in CONTEXT!! Ve spent 6 years in hard core historical research IE “Justhefacts” So far only Reps will sit down with me. NOT the DEMs… mmm wonder why we are ALL in it together Its called the “United States” when one goes down we all go down. Time for the U.S. to SUCK it UP!!!! I’m ready to weld the WH doors shut!!!!

Our economy will NEVER out pace Dems Welfare costs and now load up the Obama care that was sold on the “Group Policy” theory. Thats EXACTLY the same word the INS Co. said back in the 80s and that didn’t work. FYI The Dems caused the out of control health care cost when the Dems lawyers advertised SUE in the Media adds. The Country became SUE happy and drove up Healthcare Liability cost through the roof starting in the 80s. Prior to that it was illegal for Attorneys to solicit

The White House announced the support of more than 140 elected officials from the Democratic Party for granting China Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR) status May 9 in a White House event featuring President Bill Clinton and other Democratic officeholders from across the nation.
The officials at the White House included California State Senator Jim Costa, President-Elect of the National Conference of State Legislatures; Prince George's County Maryland) Executive Wayne Curry, Chairman of the National Association of Counties Large Urban County Caucus; and Stamford (Connecticut) Mayor Dan Malloy, Chair of the Democratic Municipal Officials Organization.
All three signed the Democratic Leadership Council's national petition along with more than 140 other elected leaders urging Congress to pass the legislation that would grant China permanent NTR status. Granting China permanent NTR status would require both the Senate and the House of Representatives to vote to end application of Title IV of the Trade Act of 1974 to China.
"We have come to Washington, because we believe it is imperative that we show our support for our President and his successful economic policies," Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk said. "Opening China's market is critical to continuing our economic growth," Kirk added. " It is our hope that our perspective will have some influence in Congress."

More than 140 Democratic Statewide and Local Officials Sign DLC Petition in Support of PNTR with China
A group of Democratic statewide and local elected officials met with President Bill Clinton today to demonstrate their support for Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR) with China and released the Democratic Leadership Council's national petition of more than 140 additional statewide and local leaders urging Congress to pass the pending trade legislation.
Representing the more than 140 Democratic elected officials at the White House were California State Senator Jim Costa, President-Elect of the National Conference of State Legislatures; Prince George's County (MD) Executive Wayne Curry, Chairman of the National .
After a week of contentious debate, the House voted 237-197 to approve PNTR. The Senate vote that followed was a more lopsided 83-15.

Most Republicans are sympathetic to business interests that say increasing trade with China makes good economic sense and is sound foreign policy as well.

"Fair trade is essential not only to improving living standards for Americans but also for a strong and productive relationship with China," Bush said in his statement on Friday.

A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman welcomed the announcement, calling normal trading status "a reciprocal trade agreement ... not a favor granted by one country to another."

But a vocal minority in Congress vehemently disagrees and will mount an effort to reverse the extension.

Only a handful of Republicans oppose normalized relations with China. But they are joined by most House Democrats - political allies of organized labor - who claim lower trade tariffs on Chinese imports costs Americans jobs.

Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and Mexican President Carlos Salinas, each responsible for SPEARHEADING and PROMOTING the agreement, ceremonially SIGNED it. The signed agreement then needed to be authorized by each nation's legislative or parliamentary branch.

Before the negotiations were finalized, Bill Clinton came into office in the U.S. and Kim Campbell in Canada, and before the agreement became law, Jean Chrétien had taken office in Canada.

Congressional Republicans allowed a key trade assistance program to expire, blocking tens of thousands of workers who have lost their jobs due to international trade from accessing benefits. President Obama, in turn has said that he will not submit new trade agreements to Congress until it revives the trade assistance program. But Republicans are digging their heels in against reauthorizing a program to help the workers who end up on the short end of the stick when it comes to free trade deals.
Mitch McConnell (R-KY) went so far as to claim that trade assistance has no place in negotiations over free trade agreements: I’m calling on the administration once again to send us the three pending trade agreements that the president himself has said would create tens of thousands of American jobs and to leave Trade Adjustment Assistance out of it. McConnell is not the only one utterly indifferent to the plight of workers who lose their jobs due to trade pacts. Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) said that trade assistance shouldn’t be reauthorized because “we’re broke.”-

Yep one intelligent Dem here…

Not “Just an/my Opinion “ What you don’t like is I’ve not only proven Historically and Factually that Dems killed the U.S. Economy, I also PRIVED Dem LIED that Bush killed the Economy all they way up to the President!!!! I didn’t like Bush that much but ironically as an independent I think today’s Dems are NUTS!!! I’m WAY above you Dems on TRUE Equality.

Today’s Dems have historically proven so so so many times that Dems haven’t a CLUE what REAL Equality is. Every time you Dems try and shut down the Tea people and the Reps Freedom of speech and call them names you brand yourselves as being deeply Prejudice, borders Racism. Dems have turned into just the OPPSITE in what they tout in their most basic ideology!!! I think its HIGH time Dems revisited the meaning of the words they use to win elections on which NONE of those words are for the actual Country

Since you cant prove me wrong, and all you can say is “No body read your post”” So you know everybody here mmmmm mmmm

Or could it be that your saying U.S. history in CONTEXT is useless crap. So obviously you Flunked History in school and only wanted to believe what YOU thought wasn't useless crap...

All you got is Opinions and HOW are you going to PROVE THAT!!!! With MORE opinions.!!! What a Putz.

would no longer be eligible to participate in TAA-sponsored training and only those reemployed on a full-time basis would be eligible for wage insurance. RTAA participants would also be required to begin reemployment within 26 weeks of separation; prior to 2014, there is no time limit in which workers must begin reemployment. A Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC) is also available to TAA-certified workers. This program offers a refundable tax credit equal to 72.5% of expenditures on a qualified health plan. then given the opportunity to reduce our debt they don't.

Allows companies to send millions of good paying U.S jobs overseas, then whines when someone displaced by their policies has to work at a minimum wage job at Lowes.

"So F the half of Billion people that could benefit from ‘New Trade Agreements” meaning with other countries that could create Millions of U.S. Jobs!!!! "

Then why to we need a Trade "Adjustment" Assistance Program?

Because with the teabagger endorsed "free" trade agreements, millions of U.S. jobs are lost.

Then teabaggers say " You're on your own".

Feel free to apply for that "McJob" we so graciously provided.

NAFTA supporters frequently tout the benefits of exports while remaining silent on the effects of rapid import growth (Scott 2000). Former President George H.W. Bush, whose administration negotiated NAFTA, recently claimed that “two million NAFTA-related jobs have been created in the United States since 1993″ (Bush 2002). But any evaluation of the impact of trade on the domestic economy must include the impact of both imports and exports.

NAFTA’s impact in the United States, however, has been often obscured by the “boom-and-bust” cycle that drove domestic consumption, investment, and speculation in the mid- and late 1990s. Between 1994 (when NAFTA was implemented) and 2000, total employment rose rapidly in the United States, causing overall unemployment to fall to record low levels. But unemployment began to rise early in 2001, and 2.4 million jobs were lost in the domestic economy between March 2001 and October 2003 (BLS 2003). These job losses have been primarily concentrated in the manufacturing sector, which has experienced a total decline of 2.4 million jobs since March 2001. As job growth has dried up in the economy, the underlying problems caused by U.S. trade deficits have become much more apparent, especially in manufacturing.

We have to stop giving people money for nothing. A women called a Texas radio station yesterday, and said why should she work? She and her husband could never make the gratuities they get from the government, free. They get enough to pay their rent, 300 dollars on a debit card,$565 in food stamps, and with the children, 4 free phones. Her mother was on welfare all her life, and if her children want to work they can, but she isn't really pushing them to get jobs. She wasn't well educated, but she was well spoken, and told the radio person he was silly to get up every day, and go to work when no one really has to work in this country. That I s what we have created. An entitlement community that thinks we are crazy to work when we don't have to. I think it is immoral to sit on their lazy behinds and do nothing all their lives. I am sure not everyone is like that woman, but there are enough of them to consider cutting them off

I am sure not everyone is like that woman, but there are enough of them to consider cutting them off
Yo' catpiss, you are full catshit. Now take your lazy baby making unemployed monkey azz and get a job.

It is a proven fact, if you cut these people off the freebies, they can get a job in an average of 6 weeks. There is absolutely no reason an able bodied, man or woman should be on the dole. Either Obama's recovery is so good they can go to work, or he is lying about that too. Really, all you people that got up this morning, and trudged off in the snow to work so these lazy, shiftless people can sleep in, don't you think they should have as least had to shovel the snow for old people or something to get their freebies. We are not talking about a short time fix. Some of these people have been on unemployment for years. At one point they got 99 weeks. Then the Republicans reduced it, but the Democrats insist on extending it forever.

<quoted text>My your up early on a Saturday. Got the early morning shift at Dennys, huh? That's why you endlessly bleat about the "evil" corporations and your lack of manufacturing jobs. How about this, genius. You progressives want every burger flipper in the country to make $15 an hour, then you wonder why there are no jobs in the US. When Sum Yung Guy over in China does the same job for a fish head and some rice, you've got a problem. The U S worker has priced themselves out of a job. It's simple economics. Quit listening to the Head Teabagger and the democrat party, lower the corporate taxes, flush the unions and watch your precious manufacturing take off. Then you won't be a POOR tea bagging liberal.
That's the premise of every teabagger economic plan for over 30 years "lower corporate taxes".

That "creates jobs".

Then when that fails, as usual, teabaggers want to reduce or eliminate safety and consumer regulations, let them "self regulate".

We all know how that turned out.

The worst depression since 1929.

Now teabaggers want to return to the "glory" days of 2008 by instituting the very same policies that ruined the economy.

Thanks to teabagger "GloBULLization, it's teabaggers that priced Americans out of a job, not the U.S. worker.

Poor teabagger.
