The facility is expected to employ 50 workers when it reaches full steam in April and will produce 10,000 tons of dried algae each year for use in animal feed products, bio-fuel and ethanol.

you can't read and you can't write, so yes, no job for you.

lol. Of course it's the good old boy system to blame! There is no way that there is anyone out there that can match your four years of experience. What in the world was Alltech thinking?! They really missed out when they failed to hire you and your self-entitled opinion of yourself.

You are an idiot. Did I say they should hire me? I was responding to another post. Is that not ok to respond the way I did? Let me guess your the VP at Alltech? Or your probably to smart to work at a place like that. People can't talk on here without some smartazz like you getting on here and putting people in their place. I feel so humbled now that I have read your post. Please allow me to work in the sewers where people like me belong. How about you take your self-entitled opinion of others and stick it where it belongs. Also please spare us the post where you talk about how smart you are and about your 20 master degrees. I'm sure that's what's coming next after my post.

I was merely commenting that since they have not called you, as you said yourself.. it must be the good ole boy system that screwed you. It is not possible that there may people in this world that have more education and experience in the field than your three years. So it must be fixed. And no, I do not have twenty master degrees. Luckily, I am a good ole boy and don't need half that many!

Oops. Sorry but I shortchanged you a year. I meant to say your FOUR years in the field are unequaled. I was working the drive-thru window and was hurried. Sorry again.

Sorry Alltech does not hire family members, so it would be tough to consider their hiring practices the good ole boy system. Maybe instead of wasting your time crying on here, you should be following up with human resources. I do this for a living, I think I have an idea how the hiring process works.

Degenerates are something else. Good ol` boy? Think not. Pearse Lyons is a self made man from Ireland. He could buy our "good ol` boys." Also, try applying at more than one place, surely the college you attended offers a refresher course or assistance in job placement. Thirdly, the plant isnt fully operational yet, so your 4 years of experience may be of little or no help right now.

Pearse can always go back to Ireland and take sarcasm and wow with him for sucking

So did anyone local ever hired? Myself nor anyone I know heard anything. I am honestly shocked if they truely were only hiring scientists. I would never have thought that many people with science degrees were looking for jobs, however times are hard. Maybe next time Winchester.

I meant to say "get hired". I wanted to correct myself before the spelling police arrived!

Friday is April. I guess the plant will soon be at full steam. They must have hired many people by now.
