Chase Manhattan Bank took my patent!

Actually, it was my expired utility patent that Chase acquired somehow, and the patent's 'Applicant' is now named as "Chase Manhattan Bank, As Administrative Agent" (I do not owe them, nor anyone else, any money BTW).

What does this mean? How can they do that? Thank you!
