Isn't dyke a "homophobic" epithet? Has the Supreme Court just given the all clear to call lesbians dyke's without running afoul of harassment laws?

Only in California. Maybe if the government of California actually focused on real issues it might not actually need the most federal funds in the country.

They should have just gone ahead and put their labels on. No other fool would otherwise us it.

BTW, the US court system sucks.

If an anti-gay twit hadn't brought the suit, it wouldn't have been an issue.

Good one. ; -)

I heard their name used to be "Dykes who hike on bikes and trikes wearing Nikes" but some shoe company already had "Nike" copyrighted, and besides, they had to dumb down their catch phrase to three words so our Supreme Court justices could actually comprehend what the hell the fracus was actually all about.

Gotta love how if you're gay, you can call each other (and have it stitched on your jacket? dykes but is someone else says that word - OH NO, you're anti-gay.

When will we either accept these terms as slang or just do away with them? I'm sorry but if you're using a word you find offensive if someone other than you said it, it should be said at all...

Personally, I wouldn't care if they called themselves "The Box Lunch Gang"...

Now they can market all their "stuff" and rock that trademark. Infringement is protected.

Imagine the "Dykes on Bikes (tm) Super-Deluxe Custom Seat" for yer Hawg!

Ridin' Bitch? Try the new "Dykes on Bikes(tm) Extra Large Seat Extension!"

It's business.
