if you read what the patent office says about what the device claims to have, it would have to do all the things listed in order for the patent to be violated and therefore, be sued.

sounds like someone just wanted to see if they could get a patent just "for the hell of it".

lots of luck trying to get money over patent infringement rights!!

this patent should have never happened.

if this device had all of the "features", then the manufacturer of said device could sue him over the use of the different features unless they get permission to use these features.

great...another sue happy american breeding.

It's happened before...

Guy patented a pair of handles that allowed you to tip a wheelbarrow up to empty it... Patent office included the wheelbarrow in the description.
