I want to create a specific product based on the concept of Kama Sutra. There is another company that owns the TM "Kama Sutra" for the same product type.
The concept and content of Kama Sutra is public domain.
1) Can I still leverage the concept of Kama Sutra under a different TM?
2) Can i use at least a part of the word... either "Kama" or "Sutra" in combination with other words. or maybe standalone?
