My trademark is a service mark which consists of the domain name of my web site. When first registered 5 years ago, the image submitted was merely the name typed out, in black and white. It was simply a "Typed drawing" (now called "standard character drawing").(I did notice that later, the attorney who did it for me submitted a screen shot of my web site).
Now, it is time for the Section 8 & 15 forms to be submitted. On the online form, they want me to submit a "Specimen image file." Are they looking for the "Standard character drawing" again, just a black-and-white image of the letters spelled out, or are they looking for a screen shot of my web site as it is now?
Thank you for your help.
