My trademark has been approved for registration in Canada, but for my same trademark in the USA, a lawyer representing this company sent me a letter saying they will file official opposition if I do not cancel my US trademark. And he wants me to cancel and cease/use of my trademark in the US.
I have products that bears my current trademark.
Should I rebrand my products?
Should I defend my US application? What happens If I loose? I won't be able to sell my products in the US under my canadian registered trademark?
What should I do?
Thanks for your help. I'm lost on what to do.
