So? What else is new? Our leadership stinks on ice. America bashing by Obama is the pinnacle of un-patriotic behavior. He acts more like our enemy than our friend.

You act as a lying neo-conservative to misrepresent President Obama. In America today, it is supporters of the GOP who are at the "pinnacle of un-patriotic behavior." This is because of their attack on our economy; wrecking it, and running up a huge national debt under Reagan and GW Bush; and then attacking Obamam for deficit spending to hold offf Bush's Great Depression.

The GOP leadership truly does stink on ice; both in the Senate, and in such statehouses as Wisconsin and Ohio; where they are engaged in widespread class warfare against the American middle class.

But to the subject, This pastent reform is a strange idea. To call the inventor's right a "lottery ticket" is to deny his right to the fruits of his labors. It only seems to have come into existance to allow easier theft of patent rights. Also, there is no penalty for early filing without a solid workable invention.

To prevent corporate fraud, there should be a fee of One Million Dollars for early applications without substance.
