Lumeris Vs. Duke Medicine re: Maestro

Lumeris, a software company, developed Maestro, software for controlling all aspects of a health system. Duke is in the process of installing the Epic system to do similar functions, which it decided to brand as "Maestro Care." In January, Lumeris brought suit against Duke for trademark infringement. Can anyone tell me what happened with the case? All I know is that, as of the end of March, Duke was moving full steam ahead with the Maestro Care project, and Lumeris seems to have removed all mentions of "Maestro" from its website.
