I have a news website and I am trying to trademark the sites name. We did a search in the trademark database and no one has the name.
I attempted to fill out a trademark request and made it to this step on the application form: Goods/Services/Filing Basis
You can't seem to move past this page until you actually fill out what goods or services you do.
I have a website which posts news, interviews, trailers to video games, movies, etc, I do not sell anything, its just a news and information website. I am not sure if that is what is considered "News bulletins". from the services selections. Has anyone had any experience with this or know the correct answer? I wrote the USPTO and they could not advise me.
