Good luck on the compromise. Isn't that granting unusual power to the judges involved, though? As far as the Patent Office is concerned, surely no one expects the government to be efficient, or the Congress to appropriate the funds needed to run it properly. Just remember all of this as the government expands and attempts to take more and more of your control over your life unto itself, more and more decisions affecting you and yours. It is already running your bank where your money is kept, and is now deciding what kinds of cars will be available to you, according to the political determinations of the government. You will have only some hybrid or electric vehicle available to purchase at an exorbitant price, while our President rides around in his Cadillac.
