I think the Botany Bay is ok, but they need to cut this shit out. Synthetics are riddled with problems and side effects we may not know until users have had time for them develop, which could take years.

Legalize the good shit, sure,
But this isn't right

How can we as a public say alcohol or tobacco is ok when the evidence clearly shows both products will kill you and even kill innocent people and both are highly addictive?neither product is constitutionally protected so if the government is so hell bent on saving us from ourselves why not ban these two products?botany bay required adults to buy these products just like we require adults to buy alcohol and tobacco they were following the rules it was the arab owned neighborhood stores that were selling to kids but if the police only went after the Arabs they would cry racism even though it was proven they were selling to kids so the lawmakers and police just went after everyone..how is that even right?american adults should have the choice to buy and use what product they want..

The bottom line is there's alot of shit out there that's bad for you and we all know it but approve of certain drugs yet disapprove of others..the only argument that someone can make on alcohol or tobacco which has been proving study after study to be highly addictive and both will kill you and innocent people as well that its legal..now we got kids abusing energy drinks and dieing from it but kids can still get one at any local store in the country..does this make sense?.

Throw the book at them. This stuf, esp bath salts are the devil. We had the number one bath salt dealer on the east coast up here un wv. Two of his best customers ended up having their 3yr old daughter "disapear" and never has been found. They were back at his store trading their ebt card for this crap within days.

These substances seem to have a wide range of reaction from what I've read. Some scoff at it as barely a high, others go crazy and eat faces. People talk about their deep addictions and what they'd do to get it; others laugh at the idea of it being an addictive substance.
Why is there such disparity in usage?

Because the chemical formula likely changes from batch to batch.

One bag of spice or bathsalts might not have had much of the actual drug (a jwh like compund) and the next bag you buy may have been on the top of the pile when sprayed and got soaked, giving the user a MUCH more powerful high.
There is no quality control.
It's only about as dangerous as meth, crack, and pharmaceuticals

Right on brother. Unpredictability was also a problem with legalizing marijuanna in the 30's. researchers extracted pure hash oil which was tesed at consistent levels of THC. Subjects smoking would be euphoric one session and paranoid the next. Most seasoned smokers can identify with that.

No need to worry big government will save you from making bad choices..new York is leading the fight they've already put a limit on how much soda pop you can buy with your meal they have also taxed tobacco so much that you need a good paying part time job just to use this product..I wonder how long it will be before they make a national curfew(martial law) to keep people in late at night since your more than likely to become a victim of crime after all that's when most crimes occur..maby the government needs to limit how much fuel we can buy so no one will be out joy riding wasting precious resources..they have already allowed law suits on fast food restaurants because people eat there and get fat even though they made the choice to purchase their product..if you think the government is gonna hit the brakes on dictating how we live our lives your crazy as hell..america will soon fall from grace and personal freedom will be a thing of the past we can't stop it and as crazy as it sounds im thinking that's what the people want..and as far as guns go enjoy them while you can because they will be coming after them soon..why wouldn't they?america you asked for this..

Thanks. Quality control failure of chemicals makes sense.
Government control of plants does not.

I'm all about plants and natural remedies.
They have been around for many years. Some of these plants have likely evolved to be beneficial to us so that we ensure its survival through propagation.

I didn't know plants have been around for years. I was thinking maybe centuries, or millions of years, or a billion or two years. It;s good to know they are that new and novel.

4 years, and 4 billion years are all years nonetheless. But that's ok. Lets just say you win.

As soon as we find a plant or plants that cure cancer, diabetes, heart disease,aids,etc..watch and see if the government don't declare those plants illegal to have..the pharmaceutical companies which donate big money to both political parties will not allow a natural product to interfere with their profits anyone with a speck of intelligence knows this..as far technology has advanced over the last 50yrs they still can't find a cure for cancer or any other deadly diseases but they can do everything else unimaginable which by the way they make tons of money off of and they expect us to believe them.we know its about the money we can't be that stupid to think our government actually would put the health and well being of its citizens above profits..you better wake up america...

they never even sold those bath salts here. you don't know what you are talking about. making judgments from far away on people you don't know, you don't have the facts, but you decide that they should be punished based on what others have done.
