Incentives push doctors to electronic medical records
More than half of doctors' offices and 80% of hospitals that provide Medicare or Medicaid will have electronic health records by the end of the year, the Department of Health and Human Services announced Wednesday.

The Mental Health Industry no science . no medical model. no evidence based medicine and no test for chemical imbalance of the brain including any imaging scan should be excluded from any entry in a medical record because of the lies, crimes and attrocities and false diagnoses. The mental health industry is based on hearsay and is political.

Electronic medical records are the way of the future. I'm glad these doctors are being pushed to move to it! it keeps the information much safer and easier to access. to be honest I don't know what I'd do without it! http://www.chiro8000.com/products_premiere.ph...
