This is unbelievable. I feel sorry for people going through this. Everyone should be put on Medicare. Medicaid doesn't pay very much at all for anything medical.

They have to have a place to live. If the republicans want to save the state money places like Foothills Industries should be closed first.

I know they have to have a place to live. But imagine the stress that the elderly must go through with this ordeal. My heart always goes out to the elderly people. Medicaid doesn't care about them, let alone some of these people's families. My heart is very soft towards them, I can't help it, I feel bad for them.

Did you even read the article? This has nothing to do with "the elderly". It has to do with facilities not meeting requirements to house the mentally ill and just taking profits.

No, a matter of fact, I didn't read the article. From where I am, near this big window, there is a glare on the screen. I saw the word Medicaid and being moved from a home. I just filled in the rest. Was I off? A little off or waaaayyy off?

Not...your republican house and senators did not approve monies to help the adult disabled. 1400 maybe on the street if they cannot get them into secure rest homes that your greedy polition owns. The facilities met their requirements but they cannot house and pay for their health care without money to do so.

Keep blaming the republicans! Someday you will open your eyes and see what Obama Care will cost each of us. Our country is cursed with people who still believe in Santa and FREE THINGS! Bottom line is that Medicade is welfare and someone has to pay the bill. Unless we are willing to pay the bill we need to stop whining! No business can survive without PROFITS. The Medicade system is the most abused welfare system in our history. Families hiding money and dumping their loved ones onto the public checkbook. I know people who cheat the system everyday and brag about it.
