Yeah, yeah, when Bush was president, Pelosi and Daschle and the rest of the Democrats they all wanted Bush to succeed. Sure.

When Reagan and G.H.Bush were president, the Democrat parties actually dissolved until the end of the presidential terms and voted "yes" on every single Republican bill. I remember Biden kissing Reagan's foot every day. Yes, the Democrats were always 100% for success of the Republican side.

I seem to remember there was this guy named Al Franken who had a radio show. Wonder what happened to him, he was just darn likable.

Democrat Franken would always talk about his love of president Bush and how, maybe he disagreed a tad here and there, but he wished nothing but the best for Bush, Bush's policies and Bush's daughters, too. Franken was very kind to conservative talk show hosts and never called them "fat" "liars" or "idiots". He calmly supported the president all the time, in fact.

All the Democrats did, the DailyKos and HuffPost were just love-ins for Bush, god and country. They were always pulling for great GDP growth and a successful Iraqi policy because they hoped Lieberman and the Republicans would be successful and stay in office forever.

Democrats are just so nice and they never ever wanted to see a Republican fail in any way. They were so nice to Palin- their level of concern for her disabled child was touching. And the Democrats want nothing but success for the whole Palin family, especially Bristol. They wanted Sarah to succeed as VP just as they hoped for the success of John McCain as president. Only a mean Republican would ever want the other guy to fail.

Given the Republicans have no power (not even a filibuster), it actually is irrelevant if the Republicans want Obama to fail or succeed. Obama and the Democrat party can pass whatever they want.

One might say you liberals who make so much about Rush Limbaugh's "fail" comment are a bit touchy, since deep down you feared Obama would fail.

Then you leftists saw a bloated Stimulus that does not stimulate now... but maybe will when money is spent in 2011 and 2012.

You MoDo readers saw a first budget larded with 9000 earmarks when Obama had promised to allow zero. And you could smell failure in the air.

You Mother Jones bathroom readers see Biden saying they didn't understand the economy when Obama kicked things off.

You progressives see a Gitmo "shutdown" plan that is eerily Bush-like: outsourcing it to 3rd World countries like Palau in exchange for big American foreign aid. You see Obama's own party questioning his byzantine health care plan. You sense it might fail despite 60 Senate votes.

You Blagoyevich voters see a cap-and-trade that exempts the dirtiest energy (coal), lards more subsidies on wasteful ethanol so farmers will convert more pasture to grain fields.

You neo-Marxists see TARP monies doled out all over, yet you see banks failing in great numbers and foreclosures on the rise. You saw Obama's Treasury Secretary Geithner get confirmed despite his tax evasion. But then Geithner went to Capitol Hill with his "plan" and failure stared you in the face.

You blue-staters saw Obama first have Dodd stick a provision into law allowing for the AIG bonuses. Then word got out, and Obama threw Dodd under the bus, pretending he knew nothin' about it.

You organic-blue-corn-chip-gnawers saw Obama support some hair-brained 90% AIG bonus tax and you sniffed leadership failure as you contemplated a new line 59(g) on your 1040: "Did you work for AIG? If yes, did you receive a bonus? If yes, send it in".

You left-wingers saw another Rube Goldberg creation from Obama-Geithner: the PPIP plan to get banks to buy "toxic assets" and the banks said "no thanks". You saw Obama pressure to banks to a "voluntary" forclosure moratorium while they awaited the Obama-Geithner mortgage plan. Then you read how the moratorium ended, the banks looked at the Obama plan, said "no thanks" and stepped up their foreclosing. You are even nervous about your own finances.

You MSNBC lovers saw Obama in the winter saying there was no way Chrysler or GM could be allowed to go bankrupt... then you watched as Obama actually orchestrated their bankruptcies. A Maestro of Insolvency Obama truly is!

You leftists see skyrocketing unemployment rates, a democracy movement crushed in Iran, and you watch North Korea celebrating the 4th of July by firing rockets at Hawaii. You witnessed a few North Korean computer hackers taking down American computer systems and Obama does nothing about it.

Thus, intelligent leftists are now scared Obama is, in fact, failing.

Failing not because Limbaugh cast an evil spell, but because Obama is just a few years removed from the corrupt Illinois state senate. An inexperienced, way-left-wing law professor with a silver tongue. No matter what anyone "wishes", Obama looks like a recipe for failure.

Don't despair, we'll give him 3.5 more years, we have no choice. But if we are still a viable country in 3.5 years, and people vote him out, it will be necessary to start over and rebuild everything he will have torn down during his 4 years. He's a nightmare, and a catastrophe.

What scares me is the Republican party is squandering an oppertunity to back even 1 conservative candidate.
They seem to still want to pander to everyone but their conservative base.

So anyway, we and millions of others know that Obama has spent way, way too much of our money, and made too many decisions thus far to keep blaming Bush.

But I find it curious that because we bash Obama, you assume that we obviously supported Bush. And you assume that we watch Fox.

I read the WSJ, the LA Times, and the NYT. People with weak minds get their info from TV. What you will see in other sources of information--many from Canada and the UK--is a growing disbelief in Obama. The liberal MSN invested way too much in Obama, so they lie, and fail to cover up his constant mistakes and failures. And failures thus far, there are too many to count.

Obama owns this economy, whether you like it or not. He said he would fix it, and now he makes it worse with his silly, liberal agenda. Pick up the WSJ some time.
