If you tried to get insurance through the exchange, but didn't succeed, then you get to try again after the deadline (without penalty).

If you didn't try to get insurance and you try to do it after the deadline, you can just check the box to indicate that you tried and you can still sign up without penalty.

So the deadline ISN'T a deadline; it's ANYTHING Obama says that it is.

Seems the law in this country isn't really law anymore. It is flexible; it is a suggestion and the government will FLEX it in anyway that brings benefit TO what the government wants.

There is no ACA
.
insurers can sell non compliant policies for 2 more years
the tax for non compliance can be negated with a checkbox on a form
businesses tax for non insuring is delayed for 2 more years
.
so they extend the signup period hoping to get millennials that don't have insurance now to sign up to high cost plans to finance the millions that just signed on to subsidised or free plans.
.
never going to happen, as another poster stated, they keep trying to polish this turd but in the end it still smells like one.

Then you need more elbow grease. Or you can use John Boehner. He glosses over everything.

The esteemed elderly senator from Nevada stated yesterday that the extension is needed because if the elderly try to sign up and have a problem that they are too stoopid to work a computer or website and need more time because of their own stoopidity. So that is the official gubbmint take on the entire ACA signup problem.

Obama is a total disaster and Wolf really believed in Obama. What a waste of flesh. What an onerous mistake. Too bad really. He could have been helping somebody good and trustworthy. Now he's just a burnt out Obama love child. A used up tube of Obama toothpaste. A lost child in a sea of distress lashing out at everything. Hopeless, Hurt, Tarnished.

OH WELL HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHHAHAHAHA

BINGO!!! The best use the lie-berals can make of Oblamer now is to decorate a tree somewhere in Chicago.....

Hmph....; Usual lie-beral response when you have no presentable rebuttal. Falling back on the time worn Alinsky's thesis? Getting old Wolfie.... Getting old.
