Jebbbebus, another liberal idiot. Do you not know what loss ratio's are, or what actuaries are. Insurance is a gamble that the insurance company gambles by the amount of risk with a specified premium for specified coverage. The customer buys insurance based on their current health and age and gamble they will remain healthy. When you add more risk the insurance company has to raise the amount of money to cover that increased risk.“State insurance commissioners told President Barack Obama on Wednesday that his effort to stem a wave of insurance cancellations caused by his signature healthcare law could lead to higher premiums.”
Well, of course they want to raise “premiums.” How brazenly the insurance industry speaks its own language, rather than using common words such as “prices.” Prices are prices and profit is profit regardless of the industry, even insurance, no matter how special it feels. They’re all basically banks and share the same code of ethics, written by them for their own protection.
But I digress. Back to the point,“state insurance commissioners” have essentially announced their plan to raise prices and blame President Obama.
The best response to “state insurance commissioners” would be to spread the word that insurance companys'“premiums” are a needless waste of money that could be applied productively to providing health benefits through a single-payer universal healthcare plan. Tell them to take a hike rather than letting them hike their prices.
I know that this post will annoy everyone that thinks it’s a great idea to pay third-party insurance companies a large cut of our hard-earned healthcare plan dollars. I’d be interested in knowing what makes that seem like a good idea.

Except, now that there are rules they must adhere to, they decide to cancel customer worthless low benefit/high profit policies they've been using to grift the public since they've been in business(cough). LMAO.

How dare senior citizens expect to have a health insurance policy that doesn't include coverage for birth control.
How dare single males expect to buy a health insurance policy that doesn't include coverage for mammograms.
They must trust the government to choose what they need.
After all, why would the government mislead them into buying something they don't need.

As of right now they can't even get their forced government healthcare to accept a simple payment of premium. So it looks like right now they can't offer anything or sell anything to us anyway and by the time they fix the website we'll have a Republican controlled Senate and House so we shouldn't sweat it so much right now anyway. Government, what a joke!

Yes, Phil, all is well. There’s absolutely nothing to worry about. Rest well. We’ll catch you when the Republicans have claimed multiple victories with their popular programs to reinstate their divinely ordained right to rule and rescue us from evil communists.
No more affordable health care! No more shutting down of wars! Bomb bomb Iran!
Palin-Cruze in 2014!

Now why would Palin-Cruze run in 2014? It's the mid-terms NOT the presidential election. Yeah, I'll worry because the nitwit on Topix says so...the one that only knows when to vote and for what when the van of liberals from ACORN show up to give them a ride!

True, of course, but I thought they could use a two-year jump on the competition, since getting “primaried” is mainly what Republican hopefuls need to watch out for. What if a “heretic” RINO like Christie tries to muscle his way in on the basis that he’d actually be “electable” in a general election? True ‘partiers’ will need to start early in an effort to secure their candidacy.
I remain confident of an eminent victory. Who’s smarter than Republicans? With intoxicating leaders like Reince Priebus and John Boehner at the helm, we can all relax.
Just think how happy everyone’s going to be when affordable health care is no longer available. Ahh, good times and pleasant dreams of a better world where we’re all left alone to be on our own.

Should it be Palin-Cruze or Cruze-palin?
Cruze does seem to have fund of real-world information and some creative ideas about how to use it. He also looks compellingly a lot like Bill Murray.
