Missed March 1, missed April 1 ....
Belated congratulations to all of the great quitters here. Every smoke free day is cause for celebration!

I have been quit for close to 5 1/2 years, I have not smoked a kazillion stinky cigarettes and I developed a economic stimulation package with the dollars not spent on smokes :)
Get out and enjoy the beautiful spring air - sans nasty tobacco smoke. Open your windows and enjoy your smoke-free house and car. It is the best time of year!

Quitters rock!!!

Wow.......another month free. It's been quite awhile since I've checked in. I haven't forgot all of you that helped make my quit work but, I thank each of you every day.

The laptop with my quit meter died so I go off of memory. It has been just a few months of three years that I have had a puff. Thank you all for making it possible.

I used to sit on the couch, watch TV and smoke. Now I sit on a bike seat enjoy the beauty of the world. It's only due to the savings of not buying cigs that I can afford the wonderful machine I have the pleasure to ride.

I hope today finds all of you well.

Hi CharlieJ that's so cool that you are still quit and that you continue to check in and give encouragement and I thank you for that,, I Too smoked for 41 yrs until I just got so tired of it and the cost for blowing smoke and doing damage to my body, In the past 2 yrs I have had a Few surgeries Cardio vascular arteries clogged which I believe is due to my past smoking...May you have a blessed day Hugs

On a side note. I just returned from a vacation in Hawaii.... good for me :)..... anyway, a carton of Marlboro Red was $101.33. Wow. Now that is a lot of money. Glad I didn't have to spend over $10.00 a pack while there !!
