Full story: Whittier Daily News

With support from a lone Republican, a key Senate committee Tuesday approved a middle-of-the-road health care plan that moves President Barack Obama's goal of wider and affordable coverage a giant step closer to becoming law.

There does not need to be a "government plan", which is what the "public plan" really is. The wording is wrapped in wolf's clothing, just like most of obama's lies.

There does need to be a government plan. If you are against a government plan, you are an employee of the health insurance company or a rubberstamp republican, or one of Rush Limbo and Faux new's sheep.

Your post reveals your ignorance, because I am none of your accusations. You obviously back this plan because you have no understanding of the current "changes" being proposed. I agree that our health care system needs much fixing. However, the "Obama-Care" proposal is just one more example of why it was a mistake to elect a president with virtually no experience or qualifications as an "executive/administrator ". Obama has already over-spent us into oblivion for generations with his economic policies. Throwing more money into a "government run" proposal is sure to make things worse. When was the last time you heard of anything the government runs as being cost effective? Those in poverty and those disabled are now eligible for health care; others should work for it.

Your post reveals your ignorance and that you are a dumb Bush republican. Anyone with a brain knows that Bush over-spent us into oblivion during his 8 years. And you probably believed his crap, "we're fighting terrorist!!"

This shows how stupid you are. I never voted for Bush in either election because the first time I thought he was too inexperienced and unqualified. The second time I KNEW it. However, Obama is even LESS experienced and LESS qualified than Bush, so I could not vote for him either. I'm also NOT a republican...never was. Of course, you are showing your stupidity by supporting someone even less experienced and qualified than Bush...exposing you for the fool that you are.(Even most of the voting public realize they, too, were foolish for believing Obama's "Hope & Change" campaign nonsense. At least they realize it now; you're still living in "Fantasy Land". LOL

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Sagittarius

You still prefer to be in a world of your own, in which nothing nasty is happening, but at least you're feeling a little more realistic than you were yesterday. It's a perfect day for visiting somewhere beautiful, peaceful or relaxing, or for going to the cinema or an art gallery. But it will be difficult to get up the energy for any prolonged Christmas shopping.
