Exactly. They were completely embarrassed by all those attempts to repeal, so now they attempt to sue over not implementing a portion of the ACA, they didn't want in the first place.

Rep. Walter Jones (R-N.C.) told The Hill that the lawsuit, spearheaded by Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), is “theater, is a show.”

The suit will be thrown out. Now go home for vacation, tealadies, and explain to everyone why you're the worst House in our history.

Someone has to prove to the Law Professor that laws have consequences. He is so corrupt. Maybe if a real judge points out his incompetence he will believe it.

Interesting hearings - how foolish the repubs are.

What must other countries think of this latest repub shenanigans? And we question why they do not respect us.

Did we get a price tag on this latest partisan stunt?

Republicans should tell the public what this ridiculous, dead-in-the-water "lawsuit" will cost. Then tell them who is paying for it. Then ask for their votes.

Nice to see the GOP shooting itself in the foot yet again. Their utter, insane, hilarious OBSESSION with "Obamacare" (as they call it) makes them look more every day like the buffoons they are.

GOP are the Party of NUTS....

If you told the truth once in your life, people would fall over dead in sheer disbelief.

Some of the Democrats voted to sue the President as well as Republicans. President Obama has over stepped his limits, and abused the powers of the Presidency. Most of the Democrats sat by and watched. We have a Constitution, and we need to honor it. The Courts will continue to smack down the power hungry.

Tell me which Democrats voted to move forward with suing the president. It may be hard to give a name to zero.

I stand corrected. No Democrats voted to sue Obama, and 5 Republicans voted against suing the President. They wanted something else. Anyway, I am sorry LW, I misread the numbers.

Name the Democrats who support Boner's asshat "lawsuit," or admit you're a LIAR.

IF Obama had done something unConstitutional, you'd have tried impeachment. He hasn't. Your'e lying partisan turds.

Kudos for admitting, for once, that you lied. One point.
