Probably what they'll do, given that they have no respect for their employees and no sense of ethics or morality at all.
And the government has no respect for their religious beliefs.

I don't think it is unethical or immoral to expect women to pay for their own birth control. Companies should stay out of the bedrooms of it's employees.

There are hundreds of companies that have gotten exemptions from obamacare, Hobby Lobbys request is not out of order at all.

The S C agreed with the law that companies could pay the fine, which is cheaper then giving their employees Health care, or be fined. Hobby Lobby chooses to be fined, an let their employees go into a government health care situation. We are mulling over the same situation, but I think if you have less then so many employees, you don't have to comply.

Yes and if you are right at the cutoff point, it makes sense to downsize some. Many say they will do that and more people will be unemployed. Nothing like a government which gives you incentives not to hire.

The govenment prefers we be unemployed so we can get goverment freebies, and vote Democrat. What happened to the pride of taking care of our families? How do these scam artists sleep at night? No wonder they are all drugged up

I hope they go out of business. It's sad that they have such disdain for women, when that demographic makes up such a huge percentage of their base. Smart women will speak with their wallets and buy their craft and hobby needs elsewhere. I won't be investing my money in a business that trivializes the importance of reproductive health and preventative care in women.

Yep, boycott them all the way! They think they have the right to patrol and discriminate against women then don't give them a dime! I do not give one penny to a charity that involves the CC...including United Way.

Don't have to have respect for ANY misogynistic belief. Next they will want all miscarriages investigated, and why wouldn't they? That will be the next step in controlling women and treating them as second class. Respect? Not for a moment. Intolerance of misogynists? Absolutely!! Ashamed? NOT FOR ONE FCKING MOMENT!!

yes several said it was. It shouldn't be the law to violate your religious principals. Maybe when a republican again takes back the white house he will simply rule by decree and take that part put. Maybe he will also exclude aids as a treatment. Make it unlawful. If I was a company I simply wouldn't provide any insurance coverage.
Bizarre...your side claims Obama "rules by decree" when he does no such thing, then says you want your next Republican (when will that be, exactly?) to do the 'same.' Presidents don't decree health care, healthcare laws do, in case you didn't know.

If you were a company with x number of fulltime employees, you would by law be REQUIRED to provide health care, or suffer the consequences. Again, you seem to have very little regard for laws.

Your posts get more and more bizarre the more of them I see. They have virtually no connection with reality anymore.

Are you off your meds?

Their religious beliefs have nothing to do with it. NO one's telling them what to believe, only that their employees must be covered for medications. WHAT medications they take is ENTIRELY up to the employees.

Why can't the right wing understand that? NO one is forcing the company itself to provide anything. Only the conscience of the employee is affected.

Agree that companies should stay out of the bedroom, and that's what Hobby Lobby is permitted under the law to do. You just aren't smart enough to realize it.

Nothing I've said was slander, merely an extrapolation from observed facts.

You know, facts - those things you don't understand.

The company is not providing the morning-after pill. PERIOD. Please try to grasp that simple fact. My "respect for a different belief" doesn't enter into it.

You are a moron. Obama is no one's "savior" and I've criticized him repeatedly, not least for this absurd "reform" of health care. I have NEVER supported the ACA, or as you call it "Obamacare," I support a single-payer system.

Please, please try to grasp those simple facts. As it is you're merely embarrassing yourself.

Health care plans have been paying for birth control medications for years, incase you've never talked to a woman before. Trust me, it's true. One, they're medications, like any other under a plan (note: I'm talking birth control pills and related drugs, not condoms, etc. which aren't medications)...two, they prevent unwanted pregnancies which would cost a health-insurance company a lot more money. It's an economic decision, not a moral one. Women make the moral decisions, not companies.

Your closing sentence makes no sense in this context. No "company" is in any woman's bedroom. That's merely illogical.

if obammy can rule by decree then the next president can also. He could just not enforce the healthcare law. The exact same way obammy has refused to enforce several laws. What good for the goose after all.

But if I were in a position today I would not provide any health insurance to employees. I would drop it and pay the fine. It makes much more sense.

it is not ObamaCare and I have never called it that. It is obammycare. It is socialism and a huge burden on both the tax payers and kills jobs. As declared by the cbo.

Everyone should be responsible for their own health insurance, just like with vehicle insurance and homeowners insurance.

Obama isn't ruling by decree - that was the point. And you've made yourself clear on your hatred for employer-provided healthcare and your contempt for employees, no need to keep bragging about what a cheapskate and arrogant jerk you are.
