Day 9 and hanging in there. A friend of mine called last night and offered me a free ticket to Widespread Panic this Saturday and I'm a bit apprehensive about accpeting because of the atmosphere of the show (smoking, drinking, etc). I've handled a few drinks at home and a couple at the bar, but this new setting may be a bit over the top. Any suggestions?

Does anyone else wake up at the same time every night/morning? Not the time you want to get up but in the middle of the night? Hi Glow. Mine is always around 1:30am. Like you said nothing else is going on at that time. It's just about every single night. Most nights I can go back to sleep but the nights I can't I just toss and turn. Smoke free days 416. Love the new board. Everyone is playing so nice!

So today is day 7 on the Rx, and wow am I bitchy, it's not that I want to smoke, I would just like to walk down the street slapping people, yes that would make me feel lots better!!! How long does this lovely part last. I put in for a refill on my lorazapam that should help, but then I am a walking sleepy head.
I don't know how it wakes people up at night, a chainsaw murderer in my bedroom couldn't wake me up lately.

I can sleep 12 hours straight when I go home to CA.(where are you going in CA) I grew up in San Fernando Valley. Wonder if it has to do with feeling comfort and security. My husband keeps track of how I sleep. He thinks I wake up a lot more than I think. He is a night owl and can survive on 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Not me I need at least 8 hours.
