Wayne County mental health agency deal draws scrutiny
Detroit -- As Michigan lawmakers move to wrest control of mental health services from Wayne County, Executive Robert Ficano may have quietly ensured nearly two dozen well-paid workers remain on the taxpayers' dole.

Ficano again u r trying to justify extreme fraud. Show me county that allows this to go on in u.s.a. one is of similar size etc. Even if county had Surplus when u r on taxpayers rolls money paid has to have justifications. Wayne county is in big deficit and growing because of fiascos such as this. And morelawyers r involved etc. Where does this end? A year ago I was a fan of yours but no more.honest and accountable actions r also in big deficit!
