I recently started taking a product called Moringa as a nutritional supplement because I am vegetarian but my work and life style does not allow me to eat as I should. After taking the Moringa for about three days I began to notice that I didn't have the flashes in the night and at work I had one but I didn't really even sweat, I barely noticed it. This is week one and I am having great NATURAL results!!!

I hope this helps and good luck!!

I've tried a lot of expensive menopause products that haven't worked. I tried agnus castus for a while which helped slightly. But the one that solved the problem was the easiest and cheapest option. Calcium and Vitamin D and Magnesium and Vit B6. All for the grand price 0f 3.00. Gone within 48 hours. Do your research on google regarding lack of magnesium.

I'll just add another tip here that took a long time to learn. I used to also suffer from migraines around period times. I was once prescribed the most expensive migraine drugs (which I have to say worked). However so does half an aspirin.(16p) a packet.

I think some of these large pharmaceutical companies hoodwink us into believing we need the most expensive options. Which I clearly didn't. I hope this helps someone. Goodluck

Ok well I have been having shocking hot flushes and nausea for around 3 months, I am 50 and my periods were erractic and longer etc then stopped 3 months ago. I have hated it feeling hot and sick and waking up drenched in sweat at night.

I am a vegetarian and a health nut that exercises all the time so doing all that did nothing to alleviate my symptoms however I made the heart renching decision to cut my beloved nespresso pod coffee twice a day and switch to green tea and chamomile. Whoa unbelievable..... I still have the occasional slight hot flush maybe once a day compared to 10 times a day. But I am soooooo happy well I miss my coffee but it was so worth it.
I used to wake up several times a night but now I sleep well. I eat super healthy and feel great.
So ladies you can fix this without drugs believe me and if you would like to know what I do then just ask...

Your right, the best way to do it is the natural way! there are many different natural herbs you can use or cutting back on certain things can also help eleviate some symptoms :)
