GO FOR IT THEN, volunteer your own DAMN FUNDS to your counterparts. This is the main reason folks (legal residents) and citizens' medicare and social sec. IS GETTING THE CUTS it is. Hell, you're no doubt an anchor yourself.

Meanwhile in Chicago
Staff report 4:06 p.m. CST, January 10, 2013
A brother and sister and a second man have been charged in connection with the robbery of a store and the shooting of the owner’s brother when he tried to chase them on the Southwest Side last month. Jose Guerra, 19, his sister, Gabriela Contreras, 21, and Estevan Rosario, 17, were charged with armed robbery with a firearm and aggravated battery with a firearm in the December attacks after tactical officers caught Guerra with a gun on Sunday, authorities said. Rosario was ordered held in lieu of $750,000 bail, and Contreras was ordered held in Cook County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bail in a hearing before Criminal Court Judge Donald Panarese today, said Cook County state’s attorney spokesman Andy Conklin. Guerra appeared in court Wednesday and is being held in lieu of $750,000.
The three are accused of robbing a store in the 4300 block of West 51st Street on Dec. 14. They fled but the store owner's brother, who was nearby, gave chase in his car. He was shot and wounded in the 5400 block of South Komensky Avenue. Guerra, of the 5800 block of South Fairfield Avenue, also was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and violation of parole, according to police. Tactical officers from the Chicago Lawn District were in the 5800 block of South Fairfield Avenue about 8:20 p.m. Sunday when they saw a man drop a handgun as he walked down the block, according to a police news release. The officers took the gun and arrested the man, who turned out to be Guerra, who lives on the block, police said. The gun matched the description of a handgun used in robberies in the area, and after working with the Chicago Lawn District robbery team and Area Central detectives, they were bale to tie Guerra and Rosario to the Dec. 14 robbery. The robbery took place Dec. 14 at a convenience store in the 4300 block of West 51st Street. The robbers entered the store about 8:10 p.m. and demanded money at gunpoint, while there was a customer in the store with a 7-year-old child, prosecutors said. The victim, 36, identified at the time as the brother of the store’s owner, got into his own car and followed the van the robbers escaped in, honking his horn and trying to get them to stop, prosecutors said. The van stopped in the 5400 block of South Komesky Avenue and at least one of the robbers got out and shot the man, prosecutors said. The victim was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition after having been shot in the head. He remains in a vegetative state today, prosecutors said. At the time of his arrest, Guerra was on parole in a 2010 robbery for which he was sentenced to 6 years in prison, but for which he was released on parole in December 2011, according to state Department of Corrections records. chicagobreaking@tribune.com

They lumped together inmates and illegal immigrants when they came up with the number. 2. These are three year totals. Not one year. 3. The article mentions alleged payouts, but does not mention that the Social Security Administration estimates that 75% of illegal immigrants pay Medicare taxes even though they are not eligible to receive any benefits from Social Security or Medicare. This is found money for the rest of us. The Social Security Administration alone estimates that this adds $5 billion to their fund. That is a whole lot more than anybody is receiving from Medical no matter how they play with the numbers.
