1 If our leadership had acted appropriately at the time some 15 years ago the project could be near completion !!!!!! Thank you mayor and council - "change" that's all we'll have in our pockets after a triple increase in the sewer bills. Something surely stinks and it ain't coming from the $hit plant - more likely from 166 S. High St....... |
