Witness the amazing strides a company can make when
it pays no corporate income taxes.

The additional work will be required due to the expansion of EPA tier 3 regulations on diesel engines. In other word we will a pay higher cost of everything due to higher transportation costs. The local media fails again by not reporting in depth that the work is not being implemented due to an expanding economy but a gubmint regulation.
