If the EPA is willing to accept the information that the USGS would get, makes me think that the EPA is blowing smoke. I say tell the feds to get out of our pockets, off our lands, and back to what they are constitutionally allowed to do.

It is way past time for local governing authorities and state governments to start questioning, pushing back and ignoring the EPA's directives, mandates, etc. etc...most of the EPA directives and mandates are based on junk science and vodoo......the EPA needs to be defunded and put out of business......At this stage the state and local governing authorities know what is best for their particular state, region and area......

This is a state and national issue, the problem is local though.
Do states really know what is good? Some have helmet laws others don't give a rats ass.
