Newark plans to rebrand
The city's Community Improvement Corporation has unveiled two steps geared toward improving downtown: hiring an architectural firm to spearhead future streetscape enhancements and creating a branding campaign to identify and market improvements.

hire another architech firm to rescape the downtown area...REALLY? who's paying for this ? Jerry ? I didn't know that Newark had that much money to throw down the tubes ! pretty sure there's a better idea of how to spend all this extra money the city seems to have.
