Safeway to spend $4 million to repair refrigerant leaks

Shades of 'good corporate citizens'. Wait to be FORCED to act and then do the MINIMUM possible. What a sorry record.

How many other grocery store chains are doing the same as Safeway did? Anyhow, this ought to scare the chains to tune up their cooling facilities.......... or doctor their record keeping better.
