Instead of worrying so much about the number of pets, how about upholding the lease laws in Fairfield , I can't tell you how many dogs running loose have attacked my dog ( who was on a lease). When I walk my dog in the evenings. It has gotton so bad, I am afraid to take her with me on my walks. I know we only have a part time animal control officer, but something needs done about the people with only one dog, but let that one dog run loose and harass those of us who control our pet.
