lack of performance on the part of police over the past several years should trigger a 25% reduction in pay.

No where on the planet in the real world do you get paid for no doing what your paid to do.

Chicago police have failed to arrest drug dealers, pushers , buyers, shooters over the past five years.

several thousand unsolved homicides clutter up police files.
Even a blind police man woman should be able to get some of these cases closed out with arrest convictions.

We should replace the inept dysfunctional over paid Chicago police with police cadets from the Perkins school for the blind in Boston.

Being new they would try harder to solve cases cause they have something to prove.

THEY ARE BETTER THAN THE CHICAGO POLICE WHO HAVE EYES BUYT DON"T SEE WHATS IN FRONT OF THEM.
