Exec says Bonneville's human resources scandal runs deeper
The scope and scale of problems within Bonneville Power Administration's hiring, promotion and personnel activities are wider than originally reported and will require a "monumental" effort to correct, the acting administrator warned employees of the Portland-based federal power marketing agency on Friday afternoon.

I hope that this investigation shows what really was happening at BPA.I worked there for 21 yrs & I witnessed many times how retaliation was used to silence the emloyees.Managers must get instrutions on how to treat employees because they all use the same methods of retaliation and intimidaion from the top manager down to the first in line.

It did'nt take 21 years to see the lack of conflict management skills at BPA. I gave up 23 years seniority at a previous government agency to join BPA.. only to be terminated after 5 months of probation. A true disgrace in a sense due to the reasons stated in my SF-50(defamitory toward my profession). Apparently my supervisor feared I was involved with a group of whistle blowers - when in fact - had my nose to the grind-stone performing my job. Still can't get a decent job offer else-where. My career has been on hold ever since (along with my family) true disgrace. I am ashamed of the managers at BPA...
