Anyone working at Dollar General is beyond desperate. Go into any store and you'll find bare minimum staffing with as little as one employee on shift to handle checkout, restock shelves, prevent shoplifting, and assist customers. In such situations the lone employee cannot even take a bathroom break without chasing everyone outside and locking the doors.
