EEOC Commissioner To Talk About Workplace Protections for Transgender People
In April, the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission issued an opinion that said any employer who discriminates against an employee or applicant on the basis of gender identity is violating the prohibition on sex discrimination contained in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

I wonder if per chance the EEOC could answer the question on why the Army is dragging it's heels on training, and investigation of EEO Sex and Sex sterotypes in exces of the 180 day investigation time frame to even get ot the fact finding.
I alos wonder why ther discrimination information has no bite, or military regulations that mention or include the information.
