I worked at South Loop Club 15 yrs ago and still patron the place from time to time. Im still in the industry and have witnessed shady backroom stuff. The owners and managers are the same now and they run the business in an extremely straight forward and honest way. This suit is unfortunate (for SLC) and only goes to show what incredibly immature and overly sensitive people exist in this world! The settlement doesn't prove the accusation, it just makes it go away.
