With so many people in this world looking for small American children to adopt, why can't DFS get children OUT of the crappy homes and into a lifelong stable environment with two loving parents who actually WANT a child. By the time DFS finally takes away parental rights and places chidlren for adoption, many have such emotional problems that normal everyday people just can't take the risk of adopting them, so the kids just end up bouncing from one foster home to the next until they turn 18, when they end up out on the streets. Perhaps our government should stop wasting money on their "eavesdropping" program, and invest it in a stronger, better DFS program.
