Doesn't NCAA stand for the NATIONAL College Athletic Association and NOT the Pennsylvania College Athletic Association.

This frack enabled Sandusky for years. He helped cover it up/look the other way because it was "Penn State" . The NCAA is trying to spread an anti child abuse cause across the country and not just Penn State. As long as the known victims get aide and dollars the NCAA should be able to do what it wants with that fine money.

So now he wants to profit from his slow prosecution at the attorney generals office. WTF
