I think he wouldn't either. The son is autistic & I don't believe for one minute he would do such. He is a nice guy & takes good care of his son. Not seen him in a while though unless something has changed since he lives with the Dunn woman. She's a bit out there. Too much medication throughout the years of one sort or another

You obviously are a fool but I will explain. A police officer handcuffing someone is in a complete and totally different realm than a civilian doing it. That's the same as saying a civilian should be able to do a drug raid on some meth heads simply because the police can. Cocke county education strikes again.

there is a difference in handcuffing one and beating the child. We were there and they beat that child in the parking lot of the school and handcuffed him. BIG difference. They literally used closed fist. So try running your mouth on something you have no idea about.

You need to get it right and not lie..they did not beat him and only tried to handcuff him. That kid is way bigger than his dad or Dwaina... maybe they were afraid he was going to hurt himself or someone else so difference is they were not wearing a badge

Poor kid has a crazy, worthless Mother Penny Valentine, a trouble making sister Shauna Valentine and a Dad that makes a living off his disabled child. The kid is better off in foster care sadly.
I know for a fact this kid was and has been hit and verbally abused for years by his parents. The police need to look into that hole family.
I'm sure Brian's brother (the lawyer) will help him get away with everything. smh.
It's been told that people at the school actually *saw this child being abused and that's why the police where called. Regardless of why they did what they did there is no excuse at all that makes it ok.
Also, both names should be listed her of the child abusers.

You should really not speak about things you heard...especially when a child is involved!! Since you are so quick to mention names, what's yours? If you are as concerned as you pretend to be, posting your name should not be an issue! You are only trying to protect a child, right?! You wouldn't dare try to hurt someone or cause trouble!!

The father grew up in abuse. His mother shot his sister, 30+ years ago.

D was punching the kid in the face.
Get real!!! How can you idiots defend people that abuse a kid but act like a cat is going to heaven.
Plus… How many of your fathers carry handcuffs to pick up a kid from school…? FREAKS!!!!

Really, its unreal that some ignorant people on here see nothing wrong with a parent carrying handcuffs. Especially with the intent of using them on thier own child. If the child is out of control get them some kind of help.

You are correct. Brian is a good man. His children are his world and he would never let anyone hurt them. I know Brian inside and out and he doesn't have a mean bone in his body!

If you were truly there, you wouldn't be saying that you saw the child being beaten. I know Brian personally and he loves his children above anything and everyone. He would never hurt them in anyway and he would never let anyone else hurt them either. You don't know what happened. look inside yourself and think about what you really saw. Be true to yourself and don't spread rumors that never happened. Brian is the sweetest, most awesome man one could ever know and he doesn't deserve this negativity. He tries so hard, so don't say stuff about someone you don't know until you have walked in his shoes.

You are wrong! I have known Brian personally for 30 years and he is a good man and a great father that loves his children unconditionally. He would give his life for them and he takes great care of his son. I don't know Penny personally, however, I know she likes ciaos. She is mean to Brian and does everything to hurt his character. I didn't hear it second hand, she hacks into people's Facebook and pretends to be them and says awful things. He is the best parent in the world, no one will ever prove otherwise. If you don't know him, don't judge him until you have walked in his shoes.
