I was one person away from sitting on this jury. I am appalled and wondered as I sat during jury selection why this man appeared to be out on bond. His demeaner was obviously quilty. Although I would have listened to all facts and not been biased I think the Judge (remaining unnamed here) should be help personally responsible. I have never heard of a murder suspect allowed out on bond, the incident was in 2007 and in 2012 here he sits in a shirt and tie in the courtroom, instead of an orange jump suit. What the heck has happened to our justice system. Now we have one more murderer out there on the loose cause of one judge. Hope and pray he booked back to Mexico where he belongs and never comes back!
And as far as me sitting on a jury again, why bother!
