Massachusetts motel owner wins civil forfeiture case in federal court
In a major triumph for property rights, today a federal court in Massachusetts dismissed a civil forfeiture action against the Motel Caswell, a family-run motel in Tewksbury, handing a complete victory to owners Russell and Patricia Caswell.

Good. The idea that the feds could take this families property because Tewksbury, Lowell and Billerica are packed with scumbags was insane.
These business owners are not responsible for these losers. Their families are.
