Most of these prisoners are violent sub humans beyond any redemption and now the courts want to sic them on civilized society!! Let them rot right where they are or better yet execute them so the taxpayers don't have to support them.

Just because they shouldn't have been given a mandatory life without parole sentence, why is it necessary to commute their sentences to time served?

Seems to me like they should be re-sentenced under the discretion of the trial judge rather than let out of prison.
