Judge warns man to give details on stolen fuel

An Ogdensburg man was warned Monday in St. Lawrence County Court that he needed to share more details about his theft of approximately $25,000 worth of fuel from Econo Fuels, Massena, when he was employed there as a driver, or plan for a stay in state prison.

I can't wait to see how this plays out!! he acts like this isn't a big deal and everything is going to be alright!! Although he will eventually talk , it would of been nice to see him go to prison!!

Just does the judge really want to know where the fuel went??? If he tells the judge then the judges neighbor will go to jail? We will all see next time he goes to court........ what happened to butch's lawyer ? He's got a public defender now?

There you go again, more "threats" that is what bullies do. I would guess there is a paper trails on these transactions. Maybe Butch spent more money than he earned. Sure bet there are other "statute" violations in this matter, both from the buyer and the seller.
