The sad thing it has been looked over for years while far less grimes have been punished but local officials have set by knowing it was happening.

This stuff goes on all across the country. South Pittsburg doesn't have an exclusive situation. The police chief,mayor,sheriff,the "old town money",all the good 'ole boys, and the preachers are either involved or just look the other way because "that's just the way it is around here,don't rock the boat".
